THT (The Hub of Togetherness) helps people discover experiences, join communities, and build connections. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and user ID.
- Profile information such as age, location, interests, gender, dating preferences, pronouns, and other information you choose to provide.
- Photos, videos, audio introductions, voice notes, bios, prompts, status updates, posts, reviews, and other content you upload.
- Messages and other communications sent through the app.
- Approximate location information used for local discovery and matching. Precise location is used only when you grant device permission and the feature requires it.
- Purchase and subscription history, including product or ticket identifiers and transaction status. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider or app store.
- Usage and device information, such as app interactions, app instance or device identifiers, operating system details, notification tokens, and technical event data.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and operate your account and profile.
- To provide matching, messaging, community, event, media, and notification features.
- To personalize discovery and recommendations.
- To process purchases and maintain subscription or ticket records.
- To generate requested AI-assisted content, such as icebreakers, using the information needed for that request.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, moderate content, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate the app. Depending on the feature and app version, these may include Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Firebase for analytics and push notifications; LiveKit for audio and video rooms; Google services for sign-in or AI features; and Razorpay or Apple in-app purchasing for payments. These providers process information on our behalf or as needed to provide their services.
5. Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics to understand app opens and feature interactions. We do not sell your personal information and do not use the data described here for cross-app or cross-site tracking or third-party advertising.
6. Sharing and Visibility
Your profile and content may be shown to other users according to the app’s matching, community, messaging, and safety features. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, or when needed to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information while your account or the relevant feature is active, as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request account and data deletion through the app’s account settings or by contacting us.
8. Your Choices
You can update profile information, manage notification and location permissions, control optional content, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Device permissions can also be changed in your device settings.
